Jacobo Blanco

I’m Jacobo Blanco, the new Head Padel Coach at Taktika Padel. Born in Madrid, I’ve dedicated my life to padel—first as a professional player, reaching the top 15 on the World Padel Tour, and later as a coach and director at one of Panama’s top padel facilities.

Over the past year, I’ve continued competing at a high level in circuits like A1 Padel and the Pro Padel League, representing the San Diego Stingrays. I’m proud to say I went undefeated in the U.S. last year, winning every USPA tournament I entered, including the USPA Masters at Taktika San Diego, and finishing the Pro Padel League regular season and All-Star game without a loss.

Now based at Taktika’s San Diego headquarters at the Barnes Tennis Center, I’ll also be traveling regularly to our other locations in Los Angeles, Palm Desert, and Stockton. My role includes overseeing all on-court coaching, launching and leading the Taktika Padel Academy, and helping develop programs, coaches, and community engagement across the board.

It’s an honor to join Taktika, a project I’ve admired since its beginning. I’m excited to bring my knowledge and experience to help grow padel in California and the U.S., and to deliver the highest standard of coaching to our community.
